‘Empowering Participatory Budgeting in the Baltic Sea Region‘ (EmPaci) project invites you to the next PBbase network event on 30th September 2021, 1:30-3 pm CET. This time the topic of ‘Citizen Activation for Participatory Budgeting’ will be discussed.
First, representatives of the administration of a small town in Germany will share their experiences on how to cooperate with local NGOs and schools as promoters and facilitators of the PB process. Second, the tool “Customer Journey” will be presented as an alternative to collect new ideas to reach different groups of citizens. In the following, all participants together will have the chance to create a customer journey for a specific citizen group.
