On December 2015, two members from SIC participated in training course for youth workers in the field of media literacy within the project „MediActive Youth” in Krusevac, Serbia.
Aims of this project is to increase the capacity of youth organisations/workers in the field of media literacy, support media activism and foster active participation in society as well as to strength media promotion of youth policy and democratic values in partner countries on trans-regional and European level. During the training course participants acquired media literacy, youth activism through media and practiced writing skills.
11 youth NGOs from the Western Balkans, Western Europe and North Europe regions are involved in this project – Montenegro, Albania, FYR Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Estonia and Latvia.
This project is co-financed within Erasmus + Capacity Building in the Field of Youth (Western Balkans Youth Window projects).
